The Cellar is located at the company headquarters, near Montalcino, a few hundred metres from the historic town centre, and enjoys wonderful views of the ancient town, the Val d’Arbia and the surrounding woods. It is organised simply and traditionally, in essential, rational environments, to ensure the adequate transformation of grapes and the subsequent ageing of the wine in oak barrels, an essential process that gives the end product its classic elegance and complexity.
